DLCRA offers athletics leagues for youth and for adults. We have individual and team sports for every season.


Baseball
Played in the spring, registration is normally in February. The age control date is May 1st to determine what league your child will play in. All practices and games are held at Southern Pines Regional Park and a season typically runs 2 to 3 weeks for practice and 4 to 6 weeks for league games. Basketball
Played in the winter, registration is normally around the end of October to November. The age control date is January 1st to determine what league your child will play in. Both girls and boys are encouraged to play and separate playing leagues will played provide there are enough children to form a league, if not leagues may disband or be played with another age group. All games and practices are held at Stubbs Gym or Oconee Gym and a typical season runs 2 for practice and 4 to 6 weeks for league games. Soccer
