This league is open to boys and girls 11 and 12 yrs of age. There are seperate leagues for boys and girls. Ages are established by the age control date of Dec 31st. Children must play by the age they are prior to this date of the current playing year. Score will be kept and the use of Emerald City Officials will be used in this league.
