Played in the spring, registration is normally February or March. Adult leagues are open to both men and women. All games are played at Southern Pines Regional Park. Games are played on week nights due to tournaments being held at the park. Leagues are as follows:

Played in the spring, registration is normally in February. The age control date is January 1st to determine what league your child will play in. All practices and games are held at Southern Pines Regional Park and a season typically runs 2 to 3 weeks for practice and 4 to 6 for league games.
